Mondo is so unhelpful

I ordered a phone with Mondo two weeks back. And I told them I want a purple phone or no phone, they told me they do not have stock so they will place the order on hold until they have the colour. To my suprise, today I signed for the phone but when opening the package I noticed that the colour is wrong, I contacted them they told me to go to MTN direct, MTN direct told me they cannot assist as the stock is not theirs and cannot help with the cancellation. I am so frustrated and not getting any help. Mondo’s customer service is extremely poor. It was the the first and the last time I used their services. I just want them to take their phone, cancel the contract so I can go directly to MTN.
