Mondo is Good, MTN is Confusing

It is so rare to receive friendly service over the phone, so I was very pleasantly surprised by Mandisa today. She gets five stars.

However, I am giving the Mondo / MTN duo 4 for now. I haven't received my MTN contract although agents tell me it is approved. It seems like what they see and the SMSs I get from MTN are two different things.

I'll wait out my seven days and see if the phone actually arrives before updating my review. I think Mondo needs to have a chat with their client because it is insanely difficult to get access to MTN customer care if you're not an existing customer.
