MONDO IS A ****

MONDO has been nothing but a nightmare. In August they billed me a cancellation fee for a contract which their consultant Nicole sold me a none existent data package and tried to debit R4093.00. when I realized it was false adverti*****t I then requested cancellation the next day. The cancellation went over a month without feedback until I got billed a cancellation fee of R2363.05. I called them and the they told me that i will be credited for that amount because the dispute ruled in my favor and the fee will be removed from my invoice within 7working day. I have been calling them every week and a lady by Karmisha keeps telling me that they have escalated my matter but till today nothing has been resolved. my number is suspended, I cant even use my monthly data subscription... I took my matter to Sunday Times Newspaper and consultant Njabulo refused to let us speak to the manager.
