Mondo is a RIPOFF!!!!!
I was treated unfairly and *********ly by a consultant Zama Zulu who tried selling me a laptop/tablet. She **** about the specs and contravened the Popia Act but Thank God for Mr Dhanesh who took my call and saved the day and saved me alot of money by canceling the Mondo contract and escalating the complaint to the consultant's supervisor who I am yet to receive an apology from! This 3 stars is for Mr Dhanesh and NOT MONDO who also have *********, rude staff that are only interested in getting a commission at all costs to the consumer!
