MONDO IS A ****MER OF A COMPANY

An agent from Mondo was found to have misled and misinformed about migrating my MTN contract in April. While the recording proved that she did indeed gave me incorrect information which led to me agreeing to an unfavourable contract, multiple agents from its customer care centre and the company itself have been incredibly unhelpful in trying to resolve this issue. I'm now entering the 3rd month of trying to resolve this issue. I don't recommend this company at all. It's running a ****!!!!
