Mondo is a lying parasitic vampire company

A consultant called me regarding an upgrade on 18 Oct 2021. After the obligatory agreement on the upgrade, I was told it would take 3-10 days to get delivery. Almost a month later, all I got from the company was silence. I made a call to the help centre, was assisted by Zaheera, who assured me everything was sorted out. i was given a reference number (RCO151243) and the customercare email address should I need it.

I sent them an email and received a response from Naledi (employed by Mondo) who told me they are waiting on stock. I questioned this nonsense as Zaheera had told me stock arrives on a Friday and that my order would be prioritised due to the time delay in the initial processing.

I then received a call from another consultant who told me the device I had agreed on was not available. However, by increasing my monthly subscription, I would qualify for another device, and that sufficient stock was available. We agreed to the revised contract.

Well, since then, Mondo MTN have gone deathly quiet. Maybe they are in ICU suffering from severe Covid symptoms. Or perhaps they've relocated to some island in the Pacific and are not contactable. Whatever the reason, their silence is indicative of a company who couldn't give a flying f**k about caring for their clients and rendering reasonable service. Of course, when it comes to taking your money they mysteriously reappear from their distant hibernation, like bloodsucking vampires from the twilight zone.

Would I recommend them? I'd sooner recommend a lobotomy without anaesthetic than recommend them. They are a disgrace.
