Mondo is a con company.

First of all a lady from mondo called me to offer me a data contract. She explained everything to me that the contract is R199 for 30 gigs. I agreed. I even asked her if she is sure that it's R199 and not more. She said she's sure. She even checked with her manager because she said she is new. She told me I get a house router and mobile router with the package. End of the month I get billed R626. What the hell. I called mondo and they said that the contract is R199 according to them I should ask Telkom what's going on. I never dealt with Telkom. I dealt with mondo. Up until today I haven't received a call back from mondo. I told them I want to cancel my contract and now they want to charge me a cancelation fee.
