Mondo is a ****

If there was a 0 start rating i will give it to this business, i took a month-to-month contract with MTN. Upon their delivery they didn't deliver a sim card with the router. @MTN said i need to communicate with Mondo to have it delivered. To my shock Mondo requested that i go to MTN store for a sim swap that cost R150 which they will refund me since it was their mistake. I then forwarded the proof of payment to Mondo regarding the transaction to this day they haven't refunded me.
