Mondo is a ****!!
App**** for an iphone 13 with Mondo, application and debicheck was approved on Friday 17/11/2023 but now i’m being sent from pillar to post when I ask about delivery. One of the agents just stated that they “assume” that stock will be available on Monday but she too is not sure so I should call MTN MYSELF. I don’t understand why everything was approved if no stock is available. Mondo is a huge red flag

After that the rude consultant said I can try cancel directly via MTN only for MTN to direct me back to Mondo but finally after spending loads of airtime they were able to cancel. My advice would be STAY AWAY FROM MONDO!!
