Mondo is a ****

I bought a contract phone that the money is debited every last day of the month with no fail, but the device is always not working and I'm using the diverse for business. I will stay for hours on the line for my call to be answered, it shows on their system that I have paid but still they will ask for bank statements. To me they are ****ming me as I have a diverse that is not working and the money is been debited every month. Can they fix this mess or they cone take back their diverse that is useless to me and the company and reimburse me with all the money they have debited
