I was called by a consultant Chantele/Charlene from mondo vodacom new lines as I had app**** for a cellphone contract. She said I have been pre approved for 3 devices (huawei nova y62, Honor x6b and honor x7b), which I chose the honor x7b. However after a couple of days I received an invoice from vodacom stating I app**** for a sim only deal. I then decided to call vodacom as I also received an sms that delivery is on the way. Vodacom confirmed that a sim only deal was put through as that is what I qualified for. The shock I got as from my knowledge the agent told me an hnor x7b will be delivered, she did not mention anything about me only qualifying for a sim only deal. Mondo ****s people with their lies.
