Mondo ****ing sucks

I dont get this Mondo supp**** my router , telkom is the service provider i have my sim with but Mondos number never works or no one has a direct line for them so what *** is this. I need to have a few restrictions lifted from my router and no one is able to assist me as Mondo does not seem to exist. could someone please email me and assist me from Mondo please because im actually getting gatvol of there service.
