Mondo incompintence

This company is giving the run around for nonsense. I received a call on the 19th regarding a contract from their agent. The number clearly says mondo. So she sold me a phone,before we could confirm certain things and i could any questions the call cut. She was in such a rush to knock off and rushing on the call that she didn't ecen call me back. I waited for her call the next day,sent endless text to the WhatsApp and email only to be told no it's mtn not them. I called mtn and it's not them so i need answers fast. I have a mandate on my app that i didn't accept that says approved on my side which i didn't. I need this canceled I'm done calling and sending emails while i get no response.
