Mondo ignores contract cancellation.

I am surprised to see this business getting so many good reviews on Hellopeter as we have had no end of trouble with them. We were contacted in December for a special deal with MTN and then signed up. The modem and sim card was delivered by DSV couriers and we were quite happy up to that point. The sim however was never activated after many calls and queries and we therefore cancelled the deal within the 10 day period as required. Mondo was then supposed to collect the equipment from us which never occured and we then took the modem and sim back to the MTN offices. We have been in contact with mondo several times to resolve this issue but nothing ever happens even though they promise to resolve it every time we call them. They have been deducting money from our account ever since for no service rendered.
