Mondo has the worst service

I have ready other reviews about mondo and I’m not sure if they are taking about mondo mobile like I am but mondo has the worst service ever him the history of bad services…I am never able to get into contact with them I have really been trying for the past month now I never get to speak to anyone and always gets cut off before the time… My service is suspended and they could care less I have tried requesting a cal back more than once on their online service but still have gotten nothing from them..they have ****ed my contract up from day one I was in the 7day cooling period and they didn’t want to take the phone back and said that I need to pay the full R13000 in order to change the phone ,they have over charged me for the phone and I got that sorted they sent the wrong colour and wrong phone and wanted me to pay them R13000 to charge it and i only hade the phone for 2days at the time…my service is suspended and I’m not even able to get hold of them so I dnt know what mondo everyone els is lying about but this service is horrible…can you please help me get in contact with them.
