Mondo has the worst customer service

I app**** for a contact with mondo on the 5th of august were the sales agent called me to complete my application while we were busy the line cut off ever since I have been contacting the customer care line were I keep on getting told that they will escalate the call so a sales agent can call me I was told by two line managers now they will personally contact the sales manager to make sure I get called asap and still no contact
