Mondo has never called back
I did an application and mondo still hasn't called me, I saw some good reviews on here I was really expecting them to call me back☹️

I had initially bought a phone that I really don't want and I've been trying to cancel the order I tried customer care and everything when i call they tell me that their system is down. I would really love to change the phone I had ordered I want a different phone not the one I ordered
