Mondo has failed me countless times.
Seems as if my problems with you havent been resolved yet. Last time as I was sold "wrong contract" I ended up having a bill R479. 38 of which you guys promised to take care of it since it wasn't my fault, but you guys failed to do that. Than you sent R540.13 in my account to pay for the contract upgrade. Mtn closed my sim card since I failed to pay the R479 bill, than I had to take this R540 and pay the bill of R479. This month the bill came out as R723.15 yoh yoh guys this is too much for me I cant afford it. Please sort this out since you didnt take care of R479 bill.
