MONDO FOR PRESIDENT

I am nothing but happy with the great service I've been receiving from the Mondo team. I received my Telkom Contract package via courier yesterday and I am completely satisfied with the product.

The entire process took place online and I had no need to go into any branch to fall into a line. Contract was taken up and processed via telephone with absolutely no hiccups. Team Mondo kept me up to date regarding the status of my contract as well as on delivery of my parcel. I never felt at doubt using them.

Their call center is very easy to reach with any questions. They are quick to take your call and assist you. They never kept me on hold for longer than a minute and they not once dropped my call.

I would like to give a personal shout out and thank you to the consultant SHANICE SINGH. She was very fast and on the ball and knew exactly how to handle my query. Very professional experience from her. She had my problem dealt with and sent to the correct department in under 2 minutes. Not to mention how friendly she was on the line.

I will definitely recommend team Mondo to friends and family and I will most definitely use them in the future again.
