Mondo did make a difference

After 3 weeks of calling and struggling a lady by the name Kimona called me from Mondo, she really made my day. Understanding the frustration and resolving the problem with in 2 days. I would like to thank her personally as she was the reason that I can now say Mondo service is of value.
