MONDO despicable online service provider
Mondo has the worst online service imaginable.
App**** online for a Black Friday Deal & received no feedback regarding my online application. When I called in I was told a sales person would get into contact with me.
A whole week later no one has made contact with me & when I called in again I was told there are not records for my application on their system. How is that possible? Mondo is a shady unreliable business that I would not think twice about getting into a contract with, not to mention the very rude personnel who will put you on hold instead of helping you.
