Mondo debiting with no product
I app**** for a phone online, they took me through security questions and checks, they collected my details including bank details, they did a debit check, they dropped I called back I wasted about 50ranf airtime they customer service queue is never ending, they are now debiting 97.00 every month from my bank account my bank cannot cancell this they have too, when I call customer care I wait for an hour no going through and almost 60rand airtime gone no assistance. I don't know how to stop this I need help.

12 Jul 2023, 07:54What's so disappointing about this they never contacted me back regarding the phone I app**** for, no response to say sorry you not qualify nothing they took all my personal details and have the audacity to still debit from my account for something I don't even have.

12 Jul 2023, 11:03It's was a mondo agent on the line not dial a guard, everything was authorized by Mondo. I would never have texted mondo if dial a guard contacted me.
