Mondo Customer Service do not do what they promise

<p>I posted this on Hello peter on 16 March :</p> <p>"If Mondo phones, put down the phone</p> <p>I was sold a phone worth much less than I was told it was worth when the sales woman phoned me.</p> <p>To compensate me Mondo said in December that they would give me 3 months "free"</p> <p>To date I have not received anything "free" or any money back, Mondo seems to be a very dishonest company, I can not work with dishonest people, I would like my contract to be cancelled, please also come and collect your cheap phone"</p> <p> </p> <p>Mondo Customer Service rep**** with their copy and paste reply : </p> <p>"Official business reply:<br />Good day James,</p> <p>Thank you for raising your query with Mondo Customer Care.</p> <p>Kindly note that we are busy investigating your query and will revert with feedback ASAP.</p> <p>Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you have any further queries.</p> <p>Kind Regards<br />Mondo Customer Care</p> <p> ********** "</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer Care then arranged to pick up the phone on 22 March, they never came</p> <p>Customer Care then arranged to pick up the phone on 3 April, they never came</p> <p> </p> <p>If you phone me again customer care, please do not make empty promises, just keep the promises that you already made to me.</p>
