MONDO COULDN'T CARE LESS AFTER THE SALE!!!

A Mondo agent upgraded an MTN contract on the 22nd of November and to date 13 December 2019, we have not received the cellphone. When we enquired, we were told that the courier unfortunately, had the wrong cellphone number and could not deliver the phone. We gave them the right number and 10 days later we still don't have the phone. Mondo just says we have to phone the courier company and the courier company says Mondo must give them the right number. MY AGREEMENT WAS WITH MONDO - I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE HOURS (already spent over 80 minutes) CALLING A COURIER COMPANY AND SORT OUT YOUR MESS!!! CANCEL THE UPGRADE SO THAT I CAN GO DIRECTLY TO MTN!!!!!!!!!!
