Mondo contract ****

Please be aware of this company its a ****. I have been upgraded and having debits on my bank without my consent. I'm now taken from piller to post nothing is being done. How possible can a company like mtn take our private information and give third parties for such ****s? Isn't popi act working here. I'm so disappointed after 3months of hassle
