MONDO CONTRACT DEPARTMENT ***********

Right now, I'm very angry. I have been anxiously awaiting my contract phone and laptop since February 18th, 2022. Due to updated contact details, DSV could not courier. I had to wait two weeks for MONDO to actually update my information (which I had already updated when I took out the contract-but he chose not to). DSV is still waiting for them to release the parcel. As soon as I call, nobody answers, and the live chat agent Thulile ends the chat before all of my concerns are resolved. Currently, DSV is waiting for an instruction from them to release the package, and when I chat with the agent, the agent says DSV needs to send a request-what kind of game is this?. Now I feel like I'm the one who works for MONDO. In addition to wasting a lot of time and falling behind on schoolwork due to the laptop and phone being unavailable (parcel), I have also lost a lot of money. Over R500 has been spent on airtime calling MONDO every day but nobody is answering. MONDO service is terrible.
