Mondo consultants mislead customers

A lady called me saying that they are running a black Friday special on telkom data,router and sim deals.I just received another call,and the lady who called had completely misled me,the monthly payment is different,the data amount is also not what she said it would be.So she completely ****.I just called their customer care to cancel the application,they are saying that I must wait until it’s approved,which does not make sense because I want to cancel the application altogether.
