Mondo consultants are *********. I was conned into a laptop contract with all the bells and whistles, but they neglected to inform me was that the Microsoft office that they claimed was installed on the laptop was only valid for 1 month and not the duration of the 3 year contract. When I contacted customer care they informed me that the consultant was not entitled to inform me unless I had asked. To me that is *********, and when I asked to speak to the manager they had me hold on for an hour before I ended up cutting the call.
