Mondo consultant explained everything well
I received a call from Kimona, a consultant from Mondo. She heard my concerns and understood my frustrations. She made me aware of the T&Cs Telkom have on their website regarding contract cancelations. I'm happy with the service I received and apologize to Mondo for my initial review. All is well on my side
