Mondo company is bad

This Mondo company is a mess, Previously in 2018 i took a contract for a Telkom house roater and they just said i have a network coverage in my area while i do not have. So when Telkom did the review they saw that i do not have coverage. So i paid for nothing because of their mistake. Now i took an MTN contract through them and they said they send me a contract but they did not even send it. The phone that i have did not even come with a charge nor USB cable.
