Mondo cellphone sales- *****STERS, MTN subcontactor

***** - On Saturday afternoon this Mondo people used my details that they have from a contract that I have with MTN, they approved a contract of R2304 per month without calling me. I called MTN ***** line and was advised that an application was done at 12h47 and approved at 12h55. I was not called, they blocked sms notifications, knowing very well that we dont constantly check emails. The whole process was a short 7/8 minutes! MTN customers please beware, the details that you thought you gave to MTN in 2023,is at the hands of Mondo. They do credit checks without your consent, approve contracts as they please. I have opened a fraus case with SAPS and had my bank account frozen until the case is resolved, however my details are still with these people, they will lie low and attack again after a few months. MTN Customers please keep checking mails after hours, this Mondo company is busy making sales using your details. Even the MTN call centre agent did confirm that they have been getting this kind of complaints. Regards

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
   
The application was done on the MTN website and it could be that someone has your details. We have requested for the order to be returned and cancelled on the system.

Mtn ***** call centre agent told me that it is was done through you. She is the one who gave me the name Mondo and your contact details. She tried to cancel the ordee from her side but she could not because the application was through you. Dont just try to push blame to MTN, try another lie. I have just forwrded your response to the investigator who is dealing with this ***** case at SAPS

Send me confirmation of the cancelled *****ulent contract today via email. You were quick to authorise a monthly contract of R2304.00 in 7 minutes, from start to finish. kindly use the same speed to cancel your contract and send me confirmation. It does not matter where my details were found as you say its Mtn who leaked them The damage is from your part, You authorised creditchecks and approvde a contract without contacting me. Its your agent who was pushing sales for commission and you always allow it .I am pushing forward with the SAPS case just for your pathetic excuse blaming Mtn and allowing your agents to do as they please with people's details
