Mondo Cellphone Contract cancellation
I took out a contract with mondo they gave me a device I didn't want , I cancelled my contract and I was told cancellations would take 2 full working days it still hasn't been updated as cancelled I'm now being told about invoices and repairs. I said nothing about repairing the phone I just I don't want to sign the contract with them as they have given a device that I did not request I just want this contract cancelled asap before they start debating my account for a device that is no longer with me .

31 Mar 2024, 18:39These people haven't sorted th issue out instead they are still sending me messages to pay for debit orders, I don't have a contract with these people but they keep debiting my account they are ruining my credit record. I took the phone back before the 10 day period was finished. These people are ****mers they live on ****ming people.. it's time I took them to court because they are nothing but ****mers

I don't have a contract with these people? They did not cancel the contract they are ruining my credit I returned the phone within the 10 day cooling period as stipulated in their contract.
