Mondo cellphone contract

Mondo company called me regarding a telcom cellphone contract we had a misunderstanding about the package included inside, wen i tell them we agree that if I'm not happy with the phone I'm allowed to return it back but i have to find my own currie, which i did, i even call them to check if they have received it they said yes, but still they are deducting my money every month for no reason since they have received their phone, when i call tgem last year they said we have a contract i asked them to terminate it but still they didn't, i even send them email but still no response from them all they do is to deduct my money every month.
