Mondo cannot possibly be any worse

I had to have ridiculous fights to get a contract cancelled which was invalid. Got numerous references (#*** / [IJCE0E] [IJJ93N] [IN01PO] [IN9TQL] [INT9SO] [IO55O5]) and even an apparent ref from MTN (Nodean Moore - *** ).

Needless to say I am still getting an invoice and well I called MTN the contract is still active. So please tell me what all the other confirmations were when clearly nothing was cancelled. What more do I have to do to get this resolved? Please, I beg anyone to please just do something here and not waste my time.
