I phoned Mondo and asked them for my contract. The woman on the phone told me to go to a telkom store to receive it. Telkom informs me that I must get a court order in order to get the recording from Mondo. This back and forth between these companies is frustrating. Mondo Rewards Co also has a scorfer pretending to be a bot via email. Mondo has **** to me multiple times about an ICCID mobile number that doesn't exist. Just send me the contact or recording and stop playing games Mondo/Vashaa/Zoe.
