Mondo - Breach Protection of Personal Information

Telemarketer from a company Mondo phoned my 14 year old daughter at school. As I am responsible for my her account, they phoned me. They claimed to be an approved trade partner of Vodacom, giving exact detail of Vodacom package my daughter is on - when she bought additional data (date, data package size and price). That information they could only get from the Vodacom system. They noted that they have access to the Vodacom system.<br> <br> They could not answer satisfactory: 1) Who at Vodacom authorised the release of my 14 yr old daughter's personal details and information to Mondo? 2) Can it be proven that I expressly consented to this? and, if not, 3) Is this not a violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (PPIA) of 2013?<br> <br> I requested a copy of the recorded conversation and information where the data was obtained was promised a call from a \senior manager"at Mondo. 2 days later I have not had a response. <br> <br> To the management at Vodacom 1) Is Mondo an \""approved trade partner\"" of Vodacom"
