Mondo bad service

On the 20th October I was called by mondo they offered a second mtn sin card wifi deal on my contract 26 October router and simcard was delivered. Then I was told of the 17th Nov 21 ill get my data loaded by mtn . Guess what nothing happend. I Phoned mtn they tell me that they can't load anything because delivery status haven't been updated. And today is the 5december 21 and up until now I phone mondo every 3 to 4 days. They keep telling me... they will escalate the issue via email. It Should be sorted within 24 to 48 hours Worst service by mondo Quick to sell but service not up to much
