Mondo are *****, be careful
I was offered a 50gig data sim only deal on MTN by Nhlananipho (who called me), I was told that I could use it on anything at anytime. Received the Sim and the deal is different, contacted them and was told the deal they've given me is 4GB Anytime 2GB Free Music Streaming Bundle 5GB Free Video Streaming Bundle 5GB Free YouTube Bundle 4GBNight express.
They refuse to change it and say they will cancel it in 7-14 days working days without any charges. I spent an hour with the customer service person trying to get it sorted.
Let's see what happens, reading the other reviews I'm not feeling hopeful

25 Nov 2021, 16:21Hi, I've now received a bill from MTN despite being told I would not be charged anything. I contacted MTN and they say I should contact Mondo to apply a credit. I tried to call the number for you that MTN gave me and it says number does not exist. Please advise.
