Mondo are a bunch of ****S

I wish I could give them a minus rating... this company is pathetic... they called me to upgrade my contract gave me an offer for R69 more than what I was paying and the package comes with a watch and a phone. So the phone comes but no watch. I called customercare to enquire and the agent tells me that the contacting agent **** to me... there is no watch that comes with the phone. I then told them to collect the device and revert back to my old package. That was on the 21st August im still waiting for them to collect the device and everytime I call I get told tomorrow. What a joke... unprofessional, unorganised bunch of ****s....
