Terrible service when confirming mobile contract application. The agent sped through everything. Mondo is charging R305 for a mobile contract with Telkom that costs R249. I have been waiting forever for feedback on the outcome of my application. I no longer want the contract, cancel my application all together. Don't even try debiting my account! Confirmation of cancelled application must be sent! I really dont want to deal with you guys again
