Mondo and Vodacom *****ing my money

I have an account with Vodacom *** sold to me by Mondo that I cannot cancel. I was told that it will be cancelled to no avail. the package was sold to me by Mondo under false pretences and they said I could transfer the data from this number to any Vodacom number. Upon receiving the Sim I could not and I cannot use it as intended.

I currently incur a bill for something that I did not want and that was sold to me under false pretences.
