Mondo and Telkom Ridiculous

<p>Long Story Short .Mondo Offered us a deal on a celphone and contract and failed to produce what was promised and more than a year later we are now being pursued by debt collectors.</p> <p>I have all the proof on email ,even a picture of the deal . When the package came however it took several calls and emails just to get it to work. When making the deal I was not sure of whether I will have telkom reception because we live in outlying area and was tol that if Im not happy I can cancel the contract within 7 days. The deal that i signed up for was not the deal that they gave me . And again after several calls they told me that telkom doesnt even have a contract like that (they promised us 575 MB of data and we only got 50 or 75 MB ) I then canceled the deal within 7 days . They canceled it after months but telkom paced a debit order against our nbank account which we tried to cancell to no avail.The bank had to write it back every month . We have been to telkom 3 times where they told us its a mistake and that they have fixed it. Yesterday we received a call from a debt collector from telkom ........... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES . What can I do? Will I have to pay for something that I never got. If I was promised 575 Mb and only get 75 Then surely I have a right to not go ahead with the contract.</p>
