Mondo and MTN I truly regret signing up with either of them

I am a new client whom signed up to what looked like the perfect month to month MTN deal with Mondo, I had a faulty router delivered and I requested a return on the whole deal within seven days. I now having so much problems with Mondo and MTN just to refund my money. Both passing the buck and not showing any interest in assisting the faulty products and VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
