Mondo and MTN contract cancellation
I have now been waiting for 28 days for a contract to be cancelled that was not fit for purpose as I did not need a new number I just needed the call time added to my current number. Have spent a lot of money on phone calls have two reference numbers and the best the call center agent can do is say wait 7 to 14 days fora reply. The call center agents have no authority. MTN is also responsible as they have outsourced this. All in all shocking service.
