Mondo agents for mtn are useless

I received a call from sipilile she called herself Fiona directly saying she's from MTN. Advising me that I was due to upgrade with mtn on the 23rd of July 2020. I thought with covid19 how about giving the online service a try and eliminate going to the store and spending longer hours in it. Too my detriment though. On the 25th of July she called back and confirmed that it was approved and that I should receive my package by the 1st of August 2020 as well as that I will not be debited for July which I was. After the 1st came and went I started calling around and I was just messed around by everyone. And only then told delivery takes 3 to 10 working days and today is the 10th day and to my surprise this very package is no where near me or the courier. Everytime im told to phone dsv MOUNTIES and when I do I am told the parcel isn't with them and it's still with mtn. Cheesed off and having dealt with literally everyone and nobody could still give me answer everybody just escalated it. Today I spoke to trissa at Mondo again and was even more upset that with the upgrade call it was never made clear that this is an outsourced company for mtn. and I'm still waiting for feedback. From Mondo to MTN to DSV Mounties all shifting blame.
