Mondo agents?
G'day
I received a call from a mondo agent who confirmed all my details and then was told that the contract would be emailed to me which did not happen I then decided to follow up and got confirmation from a different agent that confirmed that the contract has been pre-approved and that I should expect a call to finalize I have to date not received the call and followed up again this morning only to be told that they have no record of the contract?? Who did I give my details to and what is mondo doing to ensure that there are no ********** calls being made on their behalf?
