Mondo **** about my Contract Benefits

Dear Mondo,

I am extremely disappointed in your service. I received a call from one of your agents selling me a MTN “special” deal of 50mbps Fixed LTE 4G contract. The deal was supposed to be unthrottled, come with a router that has a built in UPS and have a free cancellation after the first 12 months of the contract.

I contacted MTN and was told that everything was a lie starting from the contract I had just took being 10MBps, router dies with power cuts and now I’m told to pay approx R2600 cancellation fee to get out of this contract. I was also told the name of the agent who sold me this unrealistic “dream” which I will not mention here. Such a **** costing me my hard earned money.

You can’t run your business on lying to people. Your staff needs to be trained or must take accountability of their actions. Now I’m stuck with another 24 months of lies that I can’t get out of without paying more than anticipated.
