This Company is denting the names of DSV AND MTN what they do is they initiate a sales agreement and then they recall your parcel before you phone is delivered up until they deduct the sales fee. This is unprofessional and its confusing if I'm approved by Mtn then why the parcel is recalled by a Sales company up until the 15th (My debit order date) come on MTN your reputation cannot be tarnished in this fashion. I received an sms from DSV and delivery was scheduled today suddenly when I enquire the parcel was recalled by MONDO now held to ransom pending Debit order date .
If this nonsense is not sorted i will report to ICASA so that many future victims are excused from doing business with this shady Company .
