I would like to give a credit to Sanele Dlamuka from Mondo Customer Care Team. The guy gave me an outstanding service. He knows his job. I have been calling Mondo Customer Care for about two weeks looking for the same thing but unfortunately I couldn't be helped by the consultants I came across. In my final attempt I met this guy who resolved my problem because I was almost in a stage to cancel my deal with Mondo. I would like to give all credits to this guy and his service.
