I want to express my gratetude to Asithe from Mondo in the manner she helped my mom with a LONG LONG outstanding and very frustrating situation with MTN. She was so kind and took the time to investigate, which was not a very long lengthy process, and answered question before it could be asked. As for MTN ..... you need more people like Asithe that is willing and able to assist your customers. A big shout out to Asithe!
